How To Join Your Zoom Session

In order to successfully participate in your Virtual Bridal Ring Consultation session, please follow the below instructions:

** Please ensure you have version 5.x or later installed **

STEP 1: Open any web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and go to this URL: https://zoom.us/download

STEP 2: Click the download button under "Zoom Client for Meetings."

STEP 3: When the file downloads to your computer, open up the file to prompt the Zoom application window.

STEP 4: Click "Join a Meeting" once the Zoom application window opens

STEP 5: Reference your Virtual Bridal Ring Consultation confirmation email to locate your "Meeting ID: XXXXXXXXX." Enter the code you received into the Meeting ID box. In the "Your Name" box, enter your name. Lastly, click "Join" to start the meeting.

STEP 6: When you click "Join," your Zoom session will begin.

STEP 1: Open up your mobile device App Store and install the FREE Zoom application

STEP 2: When the application opens, click "Join a Meeting."

STEP 3: Enter your "Meeting ID" and your name, then click "Join!"
