How do I enroll in Brilliant Rewards?

As soon as you create a Charles & Colvard account you are enrolled in Brilliant Rewards. If you have not created a Charles & Colvard member account, click sign up in the top right corner of the website. Once you've reached the next page, click 'create an account.' You are now a member of Brilliant Rewards!

Why should I join?

The benefits are brilliant and membership is free! You’ll earn points that can be used towards future purchases. For every dollar spent you receive one point, you will also receive benefits that include:

  • Double points days throughout the year to get you closer to your rewards
  • Access to exclusive offers
  • Early access to sales


Does it cost money to join Brilliant Rewards?

No, joining Brilliant Rewards is free.

Who is eligible to sign up for Brilliant Rewards?

Membership in the Program is limited only to individuals and is limited to one account per individual. Persons between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) ('Minors') must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. Any person under the age of thirteen (13) is prohibited from participating in the program.

How soon after I sign up can I begin to earn points?

As soon as you create an account you earn 250 points! And you will automatically earn points for purchases and other activities once your account is active.

I’ve forgotten the password associated with my account. How can I log in?

If you've forgotten your password, click on 'sign in' on the top right-hand corner of the website. In the registered users box, select 'forgot your password?' This will lead you through a series of steps to change your password.

How can I check to see if I have any rewards points?

To view your current rewards points balance, log into your Charles & Colvard member account. Simply click on the 'my rewards points' link in the profile navigation. You will see a points summary with your current total rewards points and your transactions history.

My points balance is not correct... why?

If you see a discrepancy in your total points balance, please contact customer service at 877-202-5467 or by filling out our contact us form at https://www.charlesandcolvard.com/customer-care/contact-us/. Please note that points will show as pending for thirty (30) days, until the return policy has expired.

How do I earn rewards?

To earn rewards you must be logged into your charlesandcolvard.com account. You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, it’s that easy! See our Terms & Conditions for any exclusions at https://www.charlesandcolvard.com/brilliant-rewards-terms-and-conditions. Points are earned on the “purchase price”, therefore if an item is on sale, you will earn points on the “sale price.”

What types of purchases qualify for rewards?

Purchases of any finished jewelry and loose gemstones from charlesandcolvard.com will be qualified for rewards points.

Are there restrictions when redeeming my rewards?

No, you can redeem your rewards on jewelry and loose gemstone purchases made on charlesandcolvard.com.

Can I use my Brilliant Rewards discount in combination with another discount?

Yes, because you've earned it! You can combine your Brilliant Rewards coupon with any sitewide discount or discount code.

When I make a return, what happens to the rewards points I spent?

If you return an item that you've used your Brilliant Rewards to purchase, you will be refunded your points. The full refund process will need to be completed before the points are added back into your account. This could take up to 14 business days.

What happens if I forget to sign in when making a purchase?

You must be logged into your account to earn any Brilliant Rewards points with your purchase.

Will my points ever expire?

Yes, your points will expire 12 months after your purchase.

I made a purchase in the last 24 hours. Why do I not see the rewards points in my account?

You will see your rewards points balance increase as soon as your purchase has been marked as complete, which could take up to 48 hours. Points will show as pending for thirty (30) days, until the return policy has expired.

Do shipping and taxes count towards earning points?

No, shipping and taxes do not count towards earning points.

How do I redeem my points?

Easy, you redeem your points at checkout. You choose the amount of points you would like to redeem. You may enter in a specific amount you'd like to spend or you can choose to redeem all of your points. Each point you spend will take two cents off of your order. There is no limit to the amount of points you can redeem on a purchase.

How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your Brilliant Rewards membership at any time. To cancel your membership in the program, go to the “Rewards Points” tab, select “Profile”, then click the button that says, “Cancel Membership.” Upon cancellation, any unused Points accrued in your account will be suspended and cannot be redeemed unless and until you opt back into the program.
