How do I enroll in Brilliant Rewards?

You must have a Charles & Colvard account before you enroll in Brilliant Rewards. If you have not created a Charles & Colvard member account, click sign up in the top right corner of the website. Once you've reached the next page, click 'create an account.' To start earning points, visit: www.charlesandcolvard.com/brilliant-rewards and click sign up. Fill out the fields on the form and click submit. You are now a member of Brilliant Rewards!

Who is eligible to sign up for Brilliant Rewards?

Membership in the Program is limited only to individuals and is limited to one account per individual. Persons under the age of 18 ('Minors') must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation.

How soon after I sign up can I begin to earn points?

You will begin to earn points 24 hours after signing up.

I’ve forgotten the email address associated with my account. How can I log in?

If you've forgotten your password, click on sign in on the top right-hand corner of the website. In the registered users box, select 'forgot your password?' This will lead you through a series of steps to recover and change your password.

My points balance is not correct...Why?

How can I check to see if I have any rewards points?

To view your current rewards points balance, log into your Charles & Colvard member account. In the top navigation, click on 'my rewards points.' You will see a points summary with your current total rewards points and your transactions history.

What types of purchases qualify for rewards?

Purchases of any finished jewelry and loose gemstones from charlesandcolvard.com will be qualified for rewards points.

Are there restrictions when redeeming my rewards?

You can redeem your rewards on jewelry purchases made on charlesandcolvard.com. Rewards points cannot be redeemed on loose gemstones or gift cards.

Can I use my Brilliant Rewards discount in combination with another discount?

Yes, because you've earned it! You can combine your Brilliant Rewards coupon with any sitewide discount or discount code.

When I make a return, what happens to the rewards points I spent?

If you return an item that you've used your Brilliant Rewards to purchase, you will be refunded your points. The full refund process will need to be completed before the points are added to your account. This could take up to 14 days.

What happens if I forget to sign in when making a purchase?

If you forget to sign in when making a purchase, you will not earn any Brilliant Rewards points.

Will my points ever expire?

Yes, your points will expire 18 months after your purchase.

I made a purchase in the last 24 hours. Why do I not see the rewards points in my account?

You will see your rewards points balance increase as soon as your purchase has been marked as complete, which could take up to 48 hours.

Do shipping and taxes count towards earning points?

No, shipping and taxes do not count towards earning points.

How do I redeem my points?

You may redeem your points at checkout. You can choose the amount of points you would like to redeem, either enter in the specific amount you'd like to spend or you can choose to redeem all of your points. Each point you spend will take two cents off of your order. There is no limit on the amount of points you can redeem on a purchase.

Do any items not qualify for point redemption?

Gift cards do not qualify for point redemption.
